Several diplomats left the hall of the OSCE ministerial meeting in North Macedonia when Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov began to speak. 36 countries at the OSCE Ministerial Council called on Russia to immediately end the war against Ukraine and withdraw all its troops.
