The Verkhovna Rada has approved the draft law on amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine introducing the concept of 'contingent debt obligations,' MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak said. The head of the Budget Committee, Roksolana Pidlasa, explained that the initiative pertains to $50 billion.
