Ukrainian media reported that after the attack on the Okhmatdyt children's hospital, a Russian army pilot from the 22nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Division (military unit 06987, Engels air base) contacted Ukraine's Defense Intelligence. This division is reportedly responsible for the strike.
