The Russian Volunteer Corps and the Freedom of Russia legion said that the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, did not come to meet with them. Therefore, the Russian volunteers decided to transfer the captured Russian soldiers to the Ukrainian exchange fund.
