Today marks 11 years since the creation of the Wagner PMC. On May 1, 2014, Putin-associated oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin and Russian officer Dmitry Utkin created an unofficial army for aggression against Ukraine. For a long time, the very existence of the Wagner PMC was denied by Russian authorities.
