Meanwhile, in Kyiv, former Party of Regions member Vladislav Lukyanov is being quietly prosecuted for his 2014 support of anti-Ukrainian unrest in Donbas. He participated in rallies advocating for the 'DNR' but later decided not to live in the 'young republic' and instead moved to Kyiv.
