Just 2 years old — the youngest victim of Russia’s brutal strike on Kyiv. Search and rescue operations have concluded: 31 people were killed, including 5 children aged 2 to 17, and 159 were injured, among them 16 children. A Day of Mourning has been declared in the capital.
