Almost 1.5 billion hryvnias (~$39.8 million) that were intended to be stolen during the procurement of artillery shells for the Armed Forces of #Ukraine have been returned to the Ukrainian budget, as reported by Rustem #Umerov, the Defense Minister of the country.
