Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Olha Stefanishyna, said that oil refineries in Russia are legitimate targets for the Ukraine. She added that in this case, Ukraine is acting in accordance with NATO standards, Ukrainska Pravda reported.
