Ukrainians urged not to ignore air raid sirens on Independence Day. The warning was made by Deputy Interior Minister Yevhen Yenin on TV. Yenin said that Russian President Vladimir Putin "loves symbolism," which is why the Interior Ministry is on high alert ahead of Aug. 24.
