Two wounded in Russian shelling of Marhanets, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. According to Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko, an 18-year-old woman and 40-year-old man were wounded by Russian artillery strikes from across the Dnipro River that occurred on Aug. 19.
