Turkey defuses mine that it says floated off Black Sea. Turkey’s Defense Minister Halusi Akar said they neutralized the “old type of mine” after fishermen spotted it in the upper Bosphorus Strait. Turkey said it’s in touch with Ukraine and Russia regarding the incident.
