Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai stated that Ukraine can drive the Russians out of Sievierodonetsk, where they currently control half of the city. However, he noted that Lysychansk, another city in Luhansk Oblast, holds greater strategic importance due to its location, as he told Suspilne.
