UEFA paid €10.8M to Russian clubs, nothing to Ukrainian ones

UEFA paid over €10.8 million in “solidarity” funds to Russian clubs banned over the invasion of Ukraine, The Guardian reported. Meanwhile, five Ukrainian clubs got nothing due to being in “zones of military operations.” The payments are meant to promote “competitive balance”
