Ukrainian Prime Minister Shmyhal has submitted his resignation. He was the longest-serving head of government, holding the post for more than five years. Earlier, Zelensky nominated Yulia Svyrydenko, Ukraine’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Economy Minister, as the country’s new premier.
