China, which skipped the weekend summit on a peace plan for Ukraine in Switzerland, is lobbying governments for its "alternative plan," Reuters reports, citing 10 diplomats. One of them described Beijing's campaign as a "subtle boycott" of the global meeting in Switzerland.
