Russian troops shelled the downtown area of Kupiansk, in Kharkiv Oblast, with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) around 6:45 a.m. on April 30. No casualties have been reported, according to Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Syniehubov.
