Russia claims multiple drones shot down over Tula and Smolensk regions. Russian Defense Ministry claimed a drone was shot down over Tula Oblast during the late hours on Jan. 20. Additionally, three drones were reportedly downed over Smolensk at around 1:30 a.m. local time.
