Explosions in Kyiv during a Russian drone attack. Kyiv Independent journalists on the ground reported explosions in the capital shortly before midnight on Jan. 9. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that air defenses were actively repelling a Russian drone attack against the city.
