Ukraine ready to hold new round of talks with Russia in the U.S. on Feb. 17-18. Moscow yet to confirm. According to the president, the negotiations would be hosted by the U.S. and will take place on Feb. 17 and Feb. 18. The talks, however, depend on Russia's agreement to participate.
