Estonia pledges 0.25% of GDP in long-term military aid to Ukraine over 4 years. This would amount to a victory if others make similar commitments. Let’s make 2024 a year of strategic defence for Ukraine and build up the necessary military and industrial base to defeat Russia. 4/
