On Tuesday, lawmaker Aleksei Zhuravlyov said on Russia's state TV: “The recognition of LPR & DPR is the first step to ‘recognizing’ all of Ukraine… So when you call Kyiv, say: “Hello is this Ukraine?” and they will reply, “Yes, for now, but talk fast.””
