Spoke with Foreign Minister @DmytroKuleba and condemned #Russia's horrific and indiscriminate attacks on civilian infrastructure in #Ukraine. #NATO will continue supporting the brave Ukrainian people to fight back against the Kremlin's aggression for as long as it takes.
