Trump's 'plan' to end Russia's war in Ukraine is a non-starter; unacceptable to both sides. Ukraine won't accept ceding the territory Russia currently controls, and Russia won't accept not taking complete control of the four regions of Ukraine they illegally annexed in September 2022.
