The High Anti-Corruption Court did not impose a pre-trial restraint on Oleksandr Liyev, the former head of a department at the Ministry of Defense, Suspilne reports. He is one of five defendants in the case involving the embezzlement of nearly 1.5 billion hryvnias ($39.6 million).
