The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) charged in absentia two Russian soldiers who ordered the beheading of a captured Ukrainian soldier in Staromayorske, Donetsk Oblast, in the Volnovakha district on June 17, 2024, and were involved in the mass murder of prisoners of war, the SBU reported.
