Russian soldiers allegedly shot dead a family of three in the temporarily occupied city of Kreminna, Luhansk Oblast, according to the Russian Telegram channel ASTRA, which cited its sources and alleged relatives of the victims. Ukrainian authorities have not yet commented on this information.
