In Odesa Oblast, the death toll from a Russian strike on the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi lyceum has risen after a 60-year-old school canteen worker died in hospital, regional governor Oleh Kiper reported. Eight victims remain hospitalized, including two boys born in 2009.
