Russia claims that 'Ukrainian nationalists' mined storages containing ammonia and chlorine at a chemical plant in Sumy and placed 'containers with chemicals' at a school in a village in the Mykolaiv region. They allege it is planned to detonate them if Russian forces approach the settlements.
