This morning, Russia shelled the Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. A man was killed in the attack, regional governor Serhiy Lysak reports. The attack destroyed a civilian car and damaged private homes and an unoccupied building. Five people were injured, including an 11-year-old boy.
