President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced "personnel decisions" in the government after a conversation with PM Denys Shmyhal, he said in an evening video address. The conversation with Shmyhal followed Zelenskyy's working visits to Kharkiv, Poltava, Rivne, and Volyn oblasts.
