Russian troops struck Kharkiv's Industrialnyi district with a guided aerial bomb, damaging a medical facility and injuring three people, one of whom died, according to regional governor Oleg Synegubov and Mayor Ihor Terekhov. They noted that a nearby treatment building was also affected.
