Before the full-scale invasion, the Russian leadership created a list of people to kill in the event of a Russian takeover of Ukraine. It included teachers, ATO veterans, journalists, scientists, and writers, said Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
