Russian troops shelled Kharkiv again this morning, killing at least 3 people and injuring another 28, regional governor Oleg Synyehubov said. Among the victims is a 16-year-old teenager. Allegedly, the invaders fired from multiple rocket launchers. Rescuers are working.
