Volodymyr Zelenskyy, along with the leaders of France, Germany, UK, and Poland, spoke by phone with U.S. President Donald Trump. Ukraine's position is that if the Russians refuse to implement a complete and unconditional ceasefire, end killings, there should be strong sanctions.
