Ukraine's Cabinet has prepared amendments to the 2026 State Budget following a €90 billion loan from the European Union. The government plans to allocate 1.56 trillion hryvnias ($35.5 billion) for military salaries, weapons, and defense, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia announced.
