Russian forces dropped three high-explosive bombs on the center of Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast around 5 p.m., killing at least five people, wounding nine others, and damaging numerous high-rise residential buildings and vehicles, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported.
