All individuals and organizations in the regime in Belarus involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children must face sanctions. Crucially, Lukashenko must be subject to an international arrest warrant like Putin with the International Criminal Court (@IntlCrimCourt). He helps the Kremlin in every way.
