The occupation authorities in Donetsk reported that on the morning of January 21, a market in the Tekstylnyk neighborhood was struck, resulting in 25 deaths. The Ukrainian military was blamed for the attack by Denis Pushilin, the Moscow-appointed leader of the occupiers in Donetsk Oblast.
