The Cabinet approved Volodymyr Artyukh's dismissal from the post of Sumy Oblast governor, reported the Cabinet's representative in parliament, Taras Melnychuk. Oleh Hryhorov, the head of the main department of the National Police in Luhansk Oblast, will be appointed in his place.
