Five EU leaders have published an open letter urging their European partners to take immediate steps to increase military assistance to Ukraine. The letter was signed by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, as well as the Prime Ministers of Denmark, the Czech Republic, Estonia, and the Netherlands.
