It will take years to restore the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant after its liberation from Russian occupation, Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk said. Neither the IAEA nor Ukrainian assessments indicate that Russia has the technological capability to connect the plant to its grid.
