Russia attempted to hack into border security cameras to spy on and disrupt the flow of Western aid entering Ukraine, according to reports from the UK’s intelligence services and its allies. A Russian GRU Unit 26165 – also known as APT 28 and Fancy Bear – has carried out the malicious activity.
