Russia will demand that Ukraine destroy all weapons supplied by the West to end the war, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grushko said. 'All this surplus must be eliminated. All the international procedures are well-established. They [weapons] must be reduced, recycled, and that must be ensured.'
