According to reports, during a meeting with Lukashenka on the sidelines of the SCO summit, UN Secretary-General @antonioguterres raised critical issues with the authoritarian leader: Russia’s war against Ukraine, in which Lukashenka is complicit, and the need to halt repression and human rights abuses.
