Businessman Serhiy Tihipko has become an unpaid advisor to the head of the Office of the President, Kyrylo Budanov. Tihipko is a businessman and former civil servant who served as deputy prime minister during Yanukovych's presidency. He was among those who voted for the 'dictatorship laws'.
