Russia attacked the city of Marhanets in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with a kamikaze drone, regional governor Serhiy Lysak reported. Three children were injured, including two boys aged 14 and 13 who suffered shrapnel wounds. The teenagers were hospitalized, and their condition is assessed as moderate.
