So the Institute for the Study of War claims that Russia plans to occupy half of Ukraine by the end of 2026. What nonsense. We plan to liberate all Ukrainian territory before the end of 2026. Why does ISW even publish such garbage? We know that Putin has planned to take all of Ukraine.
