In Bakhmut, the Russians are said to have made slight progress in the eastern part of the city as well as in the south at Opytne. Most notably, their maneuver in the southwest appears to have succeeded, and after taking the area between Bakhmut and Klishchiivka to the south, they are said to have entered the latter locality.
