The European Union has offered Ukraine technical support and funding to repair the Druzhba oil pipeline, and Kyiv has agreed to this. EU officials noted that Russian strikes on the Druzhba pipeline on January 27 led to the suspension of oil supplies to Hungary and Slovakia.
